Dan started his career in the wealth management industry in 1996. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and psychology, and also played on the 1990 Hoosier soccer team that advanced to the Final 8 in the NCAA tournament.
Dan is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. He completed his coursework for the CPWA® designation through the Yale School of Management. Dan holds the Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and 31 securities registrations, as well as his Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance license. He also carries the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ designation from the College for Financial Planning. Along with comprehensive wealth and investment planning, Dan has extensive experience in retirement income planning, with a focus on annuities, as well as group benefits, employee retirement plans, and business succession planning. He also serves as our team’s expert in the areas of life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Dan and his wife, Lexie, live in Bloomington with their two children, Weston and Caroline.
Loren A. Snyder, CFP®

Loren began his career in the wealth management industry in 2008. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Butler University, where he also competed on the Bulldogs’ men’s cross-country and track teams. Loren is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He also has a certificate from the Wealth Planning Essentials Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has earned state and nationwide recognition for his work as a financial advisor. Loren was named a “Top 40 Under 40” wealth advisor by On Wall Street magazine in 2018, 2019 and 2021. He was also ranked #25 on Forbes’ “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” list in the state of Indiana in 2021.
Loren is deeply committed to his family and community involvement. He has served at the board level in a number of philanthropic and civic organizations, and even served a term as an At-Large Johnson County Councilor. He is currently active with the Bloomington Rotary Club, Butler University’s Student Managed Investment Fund, Project 44, and Butler University’s Board of Visitors. In 2019, Loren and his wife, Morgan, received the Foundation Award from Butler University, which honors a person or couple (age 40 or younger) who personify the Butler spirit by demonstrating leadership and generosity to the university. Loren is an avid distance runner and enjoys playing golf. Loren and Morgan live in downtown Indianapolis with their sons, Coleman and Lawson and English bulldog, Franklin.
Alyce Zollman, CPWA®, AAMS®

Alyce began her career in wealth management in 2004 after graduating magna cum laude from Ball State University’s Honors College with a degree in telecommunications. She also competed on the Cardinals’ women’s tennis team, and was a three-time Academic All-American. Alyce is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. She completed her coursework for the CPWA® designation through the Yale School of Management. In addition to her financial advisory work, Alyce has provided market and economic commentary on multiple national news programs and publications, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, and Fortune magazine. She holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 Securities Registrations, as well a Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance license. Alyce also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist ℠ designation from the College For Financial Planning.
Alyce is involved in a number of community organizations in South Central Indiana, and serves on the board of directors of Cardinal Stage. She lives in Bloomington with her black lab/dachshund mix, Dexter.
Colleen Curry

Colleen started in the wealth management industry after a career at both Indiana University and Pfizer, Inc. Colleen has a passion for helping women in transition through education and empowerment. She has extensive experience helping women through divorce and other complex financial issues.
Colleen is a two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee, having earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and her master’s degree summa cum laude. She and her husband, Tyler have three children, Grace, Foster and Carson.
In her personal life, Colleen enjoys running with friends, reading with her book club, watching/coaching her kids in sporting events, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family at the lake. A committed supporter of the Bloomington community, Colleen serves on the Professional Advisory Counsel for the Community Foundation. She and her husband support the Boys and Girls Club annually, Girls Inc., BBBS and MCCSC through local school support. She also serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit children’s sports league Bloomington Football Club (BFC) and is a past board member for the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
Vadim Morozov

Vadim joined Baird in 2017 after a successful fifteen-year career building strong client relationships in the Automotive Sales industry. A native of Russia, he studied linguistics and English at Khabarovsk Humanitarian University. Vadim and his wife Hilarie came to the United States nearly twenty years ago. As a Financial Advisor, Vadim is heavily focused on helping his clients with advanced financial and investment planning needs. He holds the Series 7 and 66 Securities Registrations as well as a Life, Health, and Long Term Care Insurance license.
Vadim is deeply involved with his family and community. He and his wife have four children: Daelan, Alina, Daria and Samara and all enjoy being active in their church community. The Morozovs are passionate supporters of Youth for Christ at both the local and national level. They also love spending time outdoors at the family farm they own and operate.
Kara L. Endres, CFP®

Kara began her career in wealth management in 2010 after spending several years as an elementary classroom teacher in Washington, DC. She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University. As she began her career in the wealth management industry, she quickly realized that financial planning was her passion and has focused her career on this area of wealth management since day one. Helping clients navigate financial decisions and the progression from one stage of life to the next is what Kara enjoys most about her work as a planner.
Prior to joining The Matthews Snyder Group, Kara served as a Regional Financial planner for Baird where she had the opportunity to work with a broad set of clients and walk them through the comprehensive financial planning process. She holds her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation as well as the Series 7 and 66 Securities Registrations. Outside of the office, Kara enjoys running, traveling and anything related to the Chicago Cubs. Kara and her husband, Justin, live in New Albany, IN with their three children Lila, Eric and Joshua.
Chase Schletzer

Chase started his career in the wealth management industry in 2012 with Edward Jones and joined Baird in October 2023. Chase graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He currently holds both the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning, as well as the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) certification from the Exit Planning Institute.
Chase loves being an active member of the community. He is involved in the Franklin Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, our Church Saint Francis and Claire, while serving as a mentor for students at Franklin Community High School. He lives in Bargersville, IN, with his wife Annete their son, Branch and daughter, Dawson. Chase and Annete spend most of their time coaching and cheering their children on. Their family passion is travel; they have a goal to visit all 50 states before Branch and Dawson leave for college.
Dusty Heuchan

Dusty’s career in wealth management began in 2019 with Edward Jones and he joined Baird in 2023. As a child growing up in Franklin, Dusty was taught many lessons by his parents, teachers, coaches and other community leaders. The lessons he remembers most are the importance of hard-work, effort, discipline and the golden rule (treat others how you want to be treated). He feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work in his hometown as a financial advisor with Baird Private Wealth Management.
Dusty has a deep passion for his family and community involvement. He has served as a volunteer with several organizations including KIC-IT (Kids in Crisis Intervention Team), Discover Downtown Franklin and many youth sports programs in the community. Dusty and his beautiful wife, Kenzie, live in Franklin with their two boys, Karter and Karson. Together they enjoy staying active in athletics, playing outside, doing yard work, going to parks and traveling.

Alisa has been in the wealth management industry since 2010. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and anthropology, and also holds a Master of Arts in anthropology from Northern Illinois University.
As a part of the Matthews Snyder Group, Alisa supports our employee retirement plans, as well as individual clients and families. Her goal is to empower and serve our clients using the core values of respect, accuracy, efficiency, and honesty. She is active in Rotary International.
Heather Mullins

Heather has more than 21 years of experience in the financial planning industry. She is a graduate of Indiana Business College with an Associate’s Degree in applied science for executive administration. She has also served her community as a 911 dispatch operator and Bureau of Motor Vehicles representative. As a client assistant, Heather assists our financial advisors and clients with administrative and operational support to ensure a high level of service.
Brenda Mullins

Brenda started her career in the wealth management industry in 1974. She has been with Hilliard Lyons and Baird for her entire career, and opened Hilliard Lyons’ Franklin, Indiana office with Lyman Snyder in April of 1974. Brenda carries the Series 7 and 63 Securities Registrations.
She and her husband Roger have been married for more than 53 years. They enjoy spending time with their son, Jeff, his wife Heather, and their children Levi and Lane. Brenda and Roger are active in their community and are members of the Hopewell Presbyterian Church, the Franklin American Legion and Elks Lodge #1818.
In her spare time, Brenda loves being outdoors and she and Roger enjoy camping in the many beautiful campgrounds of South Central Indiana.
Lindsay Vair

Lindsay started her career in the wealth management industry in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana State University in 2017.
Lindsay provides support to our financial advisors while providing exceptional communication and timely administrative service to our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Franklin with her dog Kota and visiting her family and friends in Southern Indiana.
Susan Wiggington

Susan began her career in the financial industry in 2020 after working for 4 years at Butler University. In 2023, she completed her Financial Paraplanner Certification through Kaplan Financial and is looking forward to continuing her education at Baird. She enjoys seeing clients reach their financial goals.
In her spare time, Susan loves to hike and spend time outdoors. She completed the rim to rim at the Grand Canyon, Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park, hiked mountains in Tennessee and Georgia, spent a few days on the Appalachian Trail and is always up for the next hiking adventure. Susan lives in Franklin with her husband, Stacy and has two sons, Jeffrey and Caleb.
Chelsea Cooley

Chelsea graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Long-Term Care Administration. This led her to start a career in healthcare for ten years prior to her career in the financial planning industry. She has enjoyed the journey that had now led her to working with Baird.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith and their three children: Aubrey, Theodore, and Sonny. She also enjoys DIY home projects which her husband does not enjoy.

James Guckenberg
Estate Planner
Jim joined Baird’s Private Wealth Management team in September of 2021 as an Assistant Vice President and Estate Planner, working out of the Milwaukee office. He works with Baird Financial Advisors, their clients, and the clients’ other professionals to promote the benefit of estate planning and assist with the development of clients’ estate plans. Specifically, his responsibilities include reviewing and discussing existing estate plans, answering estate planning questions, and presenting on estate planning topics.
Jim comes to Baird from Halling & Cayo, S.C., a Milwaukee law firm, where his practice focused on estate planning, probate, guardianship, and family law. While at Halling & Cayo, Jim presented at continuing legal education seminars for the National Business Institute and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He also
served as chair of the Family Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association. Prior to coming to Milwaukee, Jim was a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
A native of Wisconsin, Jim graduated from Lawrence University with degrees in Music Education and Performance and earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
